Peter discovers a vestigial twin growing out of his neck, who is cheerier and more optimistic than Peter has ever been.

- Embarrassing Browser History: Implied; When a crazed dingo grabs Stewie, he shouts out at Brian to clear his browsing history.
- Groin Attack: A dingo tries to bite at Peter's crotch after he puts a steak in his pants.
- Mini-Me: Chip's head already looks exactly like Peter's. And when the two separate, Chip even starts dressing like Peter.
- Opening Shout-Out: Peter finds Chip and the rest of the family playing the opening theme song on the piano. He tries to join in, but his jealousy of Chip gets the better of him.
- Place Worse Than Death: Peter asks to go to Sears, but Lois insists no one has shopped at Sears in decades. They enter the store, only to find it degenerated into a Mad Max-esque wasteland.
- Staircase Tumble: Peter falls down the stairs to the basement, because he was wearing high heels and didn't think to take them off.
- Take That!: Chip takes a job on The Middle, walks on the set, and declares it to be a bunch of garbage (even more notable, since Chip was Easily Impressed by just about everything beforehand, including the ball being hit in a tennis match).
- Too Dumb to Live: Peter tries to go down to the basement while wearing high heels, instead of taking them off, resulting in him suffering a Staircase Tumble and breaking his leg.
