Peter gets into skydiving, but an accident lands him in the hospital, where Peter befriends a Muslim man who wants Peter to convert as part of a terrorist plot.

- Bowdlerise: The following changes were made between the TV version and the DVD version:
- Joe talking to the horse: Joe's line, "That calmed you down, you fucking horse?" had "fucking" bleeped out on the TV version.
- Peter screaming, "Oh, fuck! The cocksucking ground!" while skydiving had "fuck" and "cocksucking" bleeped on the TV version.
- During the terrorist plot: On the TV version, Peter says he'll blend in like a chameleon in Courtney Love's crotch, followed by a cutaway of a splotchy chameleon telling a green one that he just came from a very bad place. On DVD, Peter says he'll blend in like an Australian at a Jewish bakery, followed by a cutaway of an Australian couple entering a Jewish bakery and the man tells his wife, "Look at all these cakesnote " and four Jewish people staring at the couple in shock.

Broken Aesop: Towards the end, Joe says that not all Muslims are terrorists, even though the entire plot hinges on that very stereotype. - Shout-Out: At one point, Peter parachutes into Angry Birds.
- Self-Deprecation: Peter notes that “We did way too much Star Wars” when he reflects on his life in the hospital.
- Sudden Downer Ending: Played for Laughs. After the terrorists are arrested, and Peter is praised for his bravery, he calls up the Drunken Clam to reserve a table so everyone can have a celebratory drink. Unfortunately, he forgot that his phone was still wired to the bomb, which then goes off.
- Take That!: When Peter parachutes into Angry Birds, he claims that "90% of the people who play this game are pooping".
