Hector Con Carne fired his army since they did not know their vehicle's engine's blew up from SPORK. Suddenly, Boskov and Hector landed in the middle of a forest. They were targeted by rangers until they were put to sleep.
Hector awoke and realized that he was sent to the bear exhibit in a zoo. Inside the cave, there were more bears that planned to steal pic-a-nick baskets. Hector and Boskov convinced the leader of the bears that they are the true kings of the forest.

- Bears Are Bad News: Hector decided to have an army of bears, which made him the King of the Forest.
- Can't You Read the Sign?: No Wild Bears.
- Disney Acid Sequence: Seen twice with trippy colors and Hector feeling weird.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Just after Hector and his army of bears had succeeded in taking control of the forest, Major Doctor Ghastly and Skarr show up and forcibly take him away. Even worse, since they leave him dangling from a hook, he smacks facefirst into every tree as they are leaving.
- Oh, No... Not Again!: Hector's reaction when Boskov is darted a second time.

- Hector Con Carne pronounced picnic baskets in the same way as Yogi Bear. At one point, he also called the ranger "Mister Ranger."
- Hector Con Carne was known as the King Of The Forest.
- Translator Buddy: Boskov translated Hector's speech so that the bears understand his plan to take over the state park.
- Tranquilizer Dart: Used twice on Boskov.
