Hector Con Carne broadcast his message to the League of Nations to turn control of the planet over to him or he will use the Doomsday Device by 6 pm. Boskov pointed the camera outside of Hector, to Hector's dismay just before the end of the transmission.

General Skarr warned Hector Con Carne that the League Of Nations had sent a team of crack commandos. Hector thought of a suggestion from Major Dr. Ghastly, which is to literally listen to his gut. Boskov was so distracted that he did not activate the Doomsday Device.

The crack commandos arrived just in time to beat Evil Con Carne to a pulp and one of them bit into Hector. The crack commandos decided to take a lunch break and regroup. Hector became so upset he fired Boskov.

After training Boskov, Ghastly created the B-1000 Full Body Replacement System for Hector to use once the Commandos arrive back on Bunny Island. The suit nearly destroyed the island.

Hector decided to never leave Boskov again so that he and his crew will dominate the world together.

• Baby Talk: Ghastly switched from her natural voice to baby talk to convince Boskov to do his trick.

Hector sees no use for them but they later become what enables Boskov to save Hector's life.
