The M-Bark is saved, but the Shrubdubs have another target: Earth, and the humans that live there.
All of the PRATS dogs must band together to stop them, but it may be up to Garbage and a couple of old friends to put a end to the fighting once and for all, before anyone gets hurt.

- The Bus Came Back: Kira makes an appearance from last season to help Garbage save Earth.
- Crapsack World: We finally get an inside look at Earth past its atmosphere of discontinued satellites and other space junk... And it's not pretty. There is limited plant life and everything is a sickly green due to excessive pollution. Even the air is regarded by Stella as "literally poison". It's no wonder the humans sent the dogs out to find a new planet.
- Everyone Has Standards: While Stella feels they have no choice, she and the others feel that using the toxic air from Earth on the Shrubdubs is a heartless plan, even if it's a countermeasure.
- Hypocrisy Nod: Gary is the only one on the Shrubdub ship seeing how hypocritical it is to eradicate the entire planet Earth, when the humans are already doing it themselves. The Elder calls it a "different matter" and has others agree.
- Jerkass Realization: After she hears that Garbage was still on the ship not to “be a big hero” like she snidely assumes, but to try to make amends and save the earth by letting the Shrubdubs take the “screw up Captain”, Stella realizes that while he may have unwittingly caused the disaster against her in the last two episodes, she was also just as much to blame for the incident happening due to her near constantly putting Garbage down for his mistakes while also refusing to ever trust him and assuming the worst of his antics. She outright apologizes to him once she realizes this and calls him a “good dog”.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Penelope and Happy are shocked that Garbage has come up with a risky, yet "un-irresponsible" plan to de-escalate the Shrubdub attack: to talk to the Shrubdubs.
- The End... Or Is It?: Thanks to Kira, Garbage, and Chelsea, the Shrubdubs are convinced to leave Earth alone, though the Elder is still bitter about it. Though the PRATS dogs are separated from their humans once more, it's still business as usual as they continue to find a new planet for them. Garbage is reinstated to the Pluto crew once again, this time being Co-Captains with Stella. Elsewhere, another crew is seen undergoing a similar survey mission; said crew consisting of cats, leaving questions about the overall mission to be answered in a future season.
- Villainous Breakdown: Hearing the conversation between Garbage and his human, Chelsea, Gary and the other Shrubdubs turn on the Elder and cease their attack on Earth. Unfortunately, the Elder uses Stella's toxic weapon to destroy their mothership and attempt to close the portal to the M-Bark and trap all of the dogs. Unfortunately, they make it through and she is the only one stranded.
