Having lost his wrecking ball tail in his previous encounter with the Dinotrux, D-Structs sets out to prove that he doesn't need it to take down the Dinotrux, only to get himself into trouble.
- Discard and Draw: While D-Structs' wrecking ball is gone, by the end of the episode Skrap-It has built him a circular saw to go in its place.
- Epic Fail: Skrap-It's first attempt to replace D-Struct's tail. While the ball is built decently, Skrap-It has used a vine for the chain; D-Structs admits it feels right, but when he tries to use it the vine snaps from the force.
- If You Kill Him, You Will Be Just Like Him!: More like, “If You Leave Him To Die, You Will Be Just Like Him!”. Dozer insists in leaving D-Structs in a hole filled with Scraptors and Scrapadactyls due to all the terrible things he’s done to them. But Ty states that they should save him because he’s still a Dinotrux and that they aren’t gonna change the kind of Trux they are just because of the kind of Trux D-Structs is.
- Save the Villain: When D-Structs causes the floor to cave in from under him, stranding himself and Skrap-It on a cliff where Scraptors and Scrapadactyls try to pick them off, Ty convinces everyone that they should help him.
- A Tragedy of Impulsiveness: D-Structs is too eager to try his new saw tail, and ignores Skrap-It's insistence that he hasn't finished installing it yet. As a result, the poorly fastened tail ends up breaking off easily.
- Unwanted Rescue:D-Structs: What are they doing?Skrap-It: It looks like they are building something to save us!D-Structs: I hate building. (Begins throwing rocks at the Dinotrux to hinder their construction)Skrap-It: You know, I really admire your consistency.
