- From Bad to Worse: Not only does Mad Guirail survive Super Galaxy Mega's new finishing move, but his body became unstable to the point that he can spawn new creatures from broken bodypars.
- Hope Spot: Super Galaxy Mega performs its new Big Bang attack on Mad Guirail to try to destroy him, only for the monster to get back up post-explosion.
- No-Sell: Mad Guirail effortlessly deflects Super Galaxy Mega's double Rocket Punch right back at it.
- Sanity Slippage: A side effect of the Nejire Source Capsule, in addition to mutating his body. He's left growling incoherently and gesticulating wildly. He appears to only possess enough state of mind to attack the Megarangers.
- Super Serum: The Nejire Source Capsule is this. But Hinelar withholds the side effects from Guirail, gaining a power boost at first before it soon wreaks havoc on his body and causes him to mutate into an mindless monster.
