The Super Hero Girls decide to go together to buy their first car, but quickly discover that splitting a car into six directions may prove to be their most lethal enemy yet.
Tropes
- Action Insurance Gag: After the car has been totally destroyed, Supergirl asks whether it even had insurance yet. On cue, the car spontaneously bursts into flames, incinerating what little was left.
- The Alleged Car: The car starts out as a run-down hunk of junk that the girls apparently bought from a junkyard. They manage to get it at least functional and visually presentable.
- Apple of Discord: The car. It takes less than a day for the girls to start fighting over it.
- The Baby of the Bunch: Karen's frustration with the situation is not helped by the fact she's not legally old enough to drive a car at all.
- Call-Back: "#TheSlowAndTheFurious" had Diana, Zee and Kara having a radio station dispute, which irritates Jessica. There is another radio station dispute here; only this time, Zee and Diana stay out of this new one and the latter plays peacemaker instead, and Jessica fights with Kara over the music preference.
- Car Radio Dispute: Kara and Jessica fight over the radio; Jessica wants easy-listening music, Kara wants heavy metal.
- Cool Car: Babs and Karen manage to outfit the old rundown car with high-tech gadgets.
- Description Cut: The girls say that it won't take long to come up with a name, and the scene skips ahead 9 and a half hours later, to them still arguing over the name.
- Evil Laugh: Kara lets one out when she decides to solve the problem of people fighting over the car by stealing it.
- Eye Scream: While changing into their costumes inside the car, Babs accidentally pokes Diana in the eye with one of the bat-ears on her cowl.
- Fun with Acronyms: The name the girls go with for the car is HERO, which stands for High-tech Equally Rationed Outomobile. (Karen points out that automobile begins with an A, but that's quickly ignored.)
- Mythology Gag: When talking about the car's various functions Diana criticizes the purpose of an invisible vehicle when the driver is still visible, referring to her invisible jet.
- Picture-Perfect Presentation: The girls imagine what their ideal car would look like. Followed by a Gilligan Cut to the car they actually find — a dilapidated jalopy in the dump.
- Potty Emergency: While on their drive, the girls get stuck in a traffic jam and Karen asks for the restroom.
- Signature Team Transport: This episode has the girls trying to get a team car... and then fighting over it.
- Status Quo Is God: In the end, the car is totaled and the girls are back to square one.
- Thememobile: The girls fight over what to name the car, with each one suggesting it be named after her. After much fighting, they come up with a long unwieldy name that combines all their names (used as the episode title) before settling for HERO.
