Tropes:
- Hypocritical Humor: The BAU arrest a guy dressed as a clown who scares the shit out of a couple of kids in the middle of the night. The guy claims he only does it to get attention and be memorable. Matt explains to him that they are looking for a clown who kills people. The guy replies that that must be a very sick man.
- Monster Clown: The UnSubs dress up as clowns to kill people.
- Would Not Hurt A Child: The UnSub leaves children alive, even if they're witnesses.
