Reporter Lorena Kinney was killed in a robbery attempt at the train station. Her case is reopened when her notes are found, revealing that she was meeting somebody at the station the night she died.

This clued in the fake Noah that Lo was investigating his identity. Then letter was then returned to sender as Johanna already fled the city, which was then intercepted by the fake Noah.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: The Auschwitz guards kept Noah Pool alive to paint portraits of them but killed him as soon as there was no one left to paint.
