- Broken Pedestal: The entire event is set off by Sacred Swan discovering the Awful Truth about Talon Bàis' founder, Gael, the Dragonslayer King: that he was no noble dragon slayer but a racist mass murderer who demonized his victims. This sets off a chain of events that leads to Talon Bàis launching an genocidal war against dragons they see as merely 'pretending to be civilized.'
- Capital Offensive: The war culminated in an offensive against the capital of Talon Bais itself, where several leaders and champions of the anti-Gaelist coalition fought
against King Gael IV and the Gaelist regime in a Final Battle. Gael's death and the capital's fall effectively marked the end of the conflict and the destruction of Talon Bais as a kingdom. - Falseflag Operation: Talon Bais attempts to frame Cobbletown for destroying one of their colonies by doing it themselves to justify a war. Phoenix Flight dismantles their attempt, driving the ambassador into a Villainous Breakdown.
