Numbuh 4 accidentally destroys Numbuh 3's favorite toy, and then lands himself in the clutches of the Crazy Old Cat Lady and her billions of cats! His fellow operatives embark on a rescue mission, but Numbuh 3 refuses to go. But will she eventually forgive Numbuh 4 in time to save him?

• Babies Make Everything Better: In-universe, but with the wrong species. The Crazy Old Cat Lady gives Numbuh 4 so much attention because she thinks he's a kitten unlike the rest of her cats.
• Badass Adorable: Numbuh 3 provides much needed aid by strapping rockets to her plushies and firing them at the Cat Kaiju to save Numbuh 4. They even go from smiling to angry eyes when she flips the switch.
• Because You Were Nice to Me: After Numbuh 3 saves Numbuh 4 on the simple basis that he said "sorry", he (reluctantly) reciprocates her kindness by finally saying Mr. Huggykins' catchphrase.
• Big Damn Heroes: Once Numbuh 4 apologizes, Numbuh 3 comes in to fend off the Cat Lady and rescue him.
• Body of Bodies: The Crazy Cat Lady has all her cats come together and make a kaiju-sized kitty to retrieve Numbuh 4.
• From Bad to Worse: After Numbuh 4 breaks the doll and fails to fix it, he accidentally launches it into the air with the C.A.T.A.H.P.L.U.N.K. Then a passing plane hits it.
  (Everyone watches as the stuffing drops down from above before Numbuh 3 starts literally burning with rage)
  Numbuh 5: (as Numbuh 4 realizes he's dead) I stand corrected. Now you're busted!
• Inventional Wisdom: The C.A.T.A.H.P.L.U.N.K. is a high altitude launch platform that's just a panel on the floor, with no barriers to keep from inadvertently entering it. Fortunately it becomes useful at the climax.
• Laser-Guided Karma: At first, Numbuh 4 is forced to dress up like a cat as punishment for breaking Numbuh 3's cat-toy. Subverted when the outfit gets him into more trouble than he deserved.
• Obliviously Evil: The Crazy Old Cat Lady isn't trying to hurt anyone in this episode, she's just acting on her insanity.
• Refuse to Rescue the Disliked: Due to Numbuh 4 destroying Mr Huggykins and then refusing to play with her, Numbuh 3 refuses to help the others save him from the Crazy Old Cat Lady. Ultimately, she changes her mind and helps save him.
• Ship Tease: At the end of the episode Numbuh 4 thanks Numbuh 3 for saving him and finally says Mr Huggykins' catchphrase: 'I love you.' Numbuh 3 hugs him and blushes.
• Sickeningly Sweet: Numbuh 4 is so annoyed by Numbuh 3 and Mr. Huggykins saying "I love you" back and forth that he shouts for someone to stop it before he gets sick.
• Tsundere: Numbuh Three goes from happily pouring Mr Huggykins/Numbuh Four tea and telling him that she loves him to grabbing him by the collar when he refuses to say it back.

  Crazy Old Cat Lady: You want my kitty? TAKE IT!
