Thanks to Numbuh 3's little sister Mushi, Sector V crashes into a derelict KND prison transport enroute to the Moonbase.

- Foreshadowing: Mushi revealing that she's actually a Deliberately Cute Child sets up the conflict in "Operation: C.L.U.E.S.".
- From the Mouths of Babes: Mushi's sardonic comments after Numbuh 5 knocks Cree into the trash pod reveal her as being far more cynical than she would lead one to expect.
- Inventional Wisdom: As Cree grumbles, the transport was destroyed because the pilots accidentally hit the "Blow Up The Engines" button.
- The Reveal: Cree is revealed to be a former KND operative under the codename Numbuh 11.
- Sequel Episode: To "Operation K.I.S.S." which ended with Cree getting sent to the Kids Next Door Prison Ship.
- Shout-Out: The opening scenes are a riff on Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, complete with their shuttle being a parody of the Enterprise.

- Too Dumb to Live: Numbuhs 92 and 93 should know better than to fight on the bridge when there is a blow-up-the-engines button with no safety.* Not to mention it's best not to threaten the operatives who are supposed to be rescuing you with decommissioning when you are still tied up and helpless, lest they blast you.
- Wham Line: Numbuh 5 delivers one when confronting Cree, who has hijacked the ship.Numbuh 5: (leaving the bathroom, not knowing the rest of Sector V is no longer on the ship) Hey! You guys got the drive installed already!
Cree: It's been a while since I rigged up a food processor fuel drive.
Numbuh 5: (realizes who she's talking to) Yeah, you always were good with the 2x4 technology… (smugly) Numbuh 11.
Cree: (revealing herself) My name is Cree!
