An adult named Lasso Lass (who keeps acting like a kid) wants to help Sector V defeat Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb.
Now loading tropes:
- Adults Are Useless: Averted with Lasso Lass. She saves the KND from Wink and Fibb and genuinely is dedicated to fighting adult tyranny despite her loony nature.
- Bad "Bad Acting": Numbuh 1 trying to play dumb with the pizza delivery. He speaks in an unnatural and stilted manner.
- Baldness Angst: Fibb is bitter about his hair prematurely falling out.
- Bestiality Is Depraved: Clip Clop the horse displays attraction to Mr. Wink at the end of the episode.
- Connected All Along: The two kids Lasso Lass is with in that picture? It's revealed at the end of the episode that they were Fibb and Wink as kids.
- The Cuckoolander Was Right: It first appears that Lasso Lass is a senile old woman who mistakes a radio for a communication device. Then the radio genuinely turns out to be a communication device.
- Dodgy Toupee: "The Dome" is just Mr. Fibb's wig, as noted by Numbuh One.
- Humongous Mecha: The KND use a huge barn-horse mecha. Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb use their Super Chair Transformation to turn their lawn chairs into one of these to go toe-to-toe with the KND.
- Magic Skirt: Lasso Lass' dress (and her hat) manage to stay on when suspended upside-down with her horse.
- No OSHA Compliance: Lasso Lass' HQ is very unsafe and dilapidated. The floor is rotten wood.
- Prematurely Bald: Mr. Fibb's hair started falling out when he was 14.
- Stealth Pun: "The Dome" is not only a glass dome, but it is also slang for the top of someone's head.
- Unwilling Suspension: Wink and Fibb pull this with Lasso Lass (and later the KND) with a small pool of lava below them.
- Used to Be a Sweet Kid: We learn at the end of the episode that Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb used to be members of Lasso Lass' Cowboy Kids Club.
- Villainous Breakdown: Mr. Fibb drops his typically calm manner of speech at the end of the episode and begins to lose it while ranting to Lasso Lass about the more negative aspects of his childhood.
