As Megatron prepares to begin Neo-Ragnarök, Optimus and Lelouch continues their fight against his army of Terrorcons to save the universe and stop their nemesis before it's too late.
- 11th-Hour Superpower: Lelouch is granted the Power of the Primes at the last possible moment to save the universe from Megatron’s Neo-Ragnarök.
- An Arm and a Leg:
- Alice cuts off Shockwave's right arm, stopping him from crushing Jeremiah.
- The Raiden and Guren have their Surger Claws ripped off respectively by Soundwave and Steeljaw.
- Soundwave rips off Ironhide's right arm.
- During his fight with the Hercules, Shin rips off the Alexander Liberte, which forms the right arm, causing the rest of the Hercules to disassemble.
- Steeljaw loses his right arm and left leg when Anya blasts him into a chasm.
- And There Was Much Rejoicing: Megatron's death marked the final ending of the war brings joy and celebration to everyone, those in the Grand Alliance and their allies alike.
- Anti-Magic: When Lelouch stabs Megatron with the Star Saber after being empowered by the Primes, it cancels out the Dark Energon that allowed Megatron to use his Dark Geass and V.V.'s stolen Code, rendering him mortal again.
- And This Is for...: During the lead-up to finishing off Shockwave, we get a two-person example of this.Alice: (slicing off Shockwave's hand) That was for me, Sancia, Dalque, and Lucretia!Grimlock: And this... (blasts Shockwave in the back) This is from the Dinobots!
- As Long as There Is Evil: As he is slowly being erased from existence, Megatron rages that as long as free will exists, someone else will eventually take his place. Lelouch retorts that this also means someone else will rise to face that challenge.
- Berserker Tears: Suzaku cries tears of fury as he attacks Megatron after Megatron kills Lelouch.
- Big Damn Heroes: Anya wakes up in time to blast Steeljaw before he can kill a downed Kallen and Arcee.
- Big "NO!":
- Everyone has this reaction when Lelouch is killed by Megatron.
- Beleth can only watch and shout this out when Megatron’s Neo-Ragnarök plan is foiled.
- Came Back Strong: When Lelouch is killed by Megatron, the Primes give him a fragment of their power to bring him back from the dead, and granting him the power to destroy Megatron once and for all.
- Cessation of Existence:
- Marianne using herself as a filter for the power of the Primes obliterates her soul, completely erasing her from existence.
- Due to Lelouch using the power of the Primes to erase the Dark Energon within Megatron, it's implied this fate befalls the leader of the Decepticons as well, with the narration explicitly calling his death an erasure.
- Character Death:
- Oscar Hammel is crushed to death by a Terrorcon.
- Ravage is electrocuted by Rai while Laserbeak is obliterated by Ironhide's cannons.
- Oiagros is killed when he takes an attack from Shin meant for Akito, which destroys his Knightmare.
- Shin finally dies when Akito decapitates him.
- Shockwave has his head crushed by Grimlock.
- Bulkhead finishes off Soundwave with a point-blank blast from his cannon.
- Lelouch ends up being killed when Megatron severely damages the Shinkiro with the Dark Star Saber. It doesn't last very long.
- In order to revive Lelouch, Marianne uses herself as a filter for the power of the Primes, which destroys her soul.
- Megatron meets his end when Lelouch bisects him with the Star Saber, and his body and his soul are consumed by C's World.
- Chekhov's Gun: The grenade Wheeljack gave Ratchet last chapter comes in handy here, as he uses it to blow up Darkmount's fusion cannons.
- Death by Adaptation: Soundwave and Shockwave, who survived in Transformers: Prime, are killed in the battle for Darkmount, while Megatron is killed in the Sword of Akasha.

- Marianne sacrificing herself to act as a filter for the Primes' power to Lelouch completely destroys her soul, leaving no chance for her to return.
- Megatron is similarly implied to have been erased from existence after the power of Unicron and V.V.'s Code are purged.

- Greater-Scope Villain: Beleth shows up to observe the fight in the Sword of Akasha, unnoticed by anyone and implying that Megatron's efforts at Neo-Ragnarök are just part of something larger.
- Group Hug: Several happen by both humans and Autobots as they celebrate Megatron's death and the end of the war.
- Heroic Sacrifice:
- Oiagros uses his Knightmare to protect Akito from an attack by Shin, with the impact killing him instantly.
- In order to give Lelouch a chance to survive the Power of the Primes, Marianne offers herself to act as filter, which destroys her spirit.
- Karmic Death:
- Shockwave dies at the hands of two of his test subjects (Grimlock and Alice), with some aid from a third (Jeremiah).
- After all the atrocities he committed on Cybertron and Earth, all the lives he ruined for his thirst for power, Megatron is erased from existence by Lelouch, who cancels his immortality with the power of the Primes that Megatron coveted.
- No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Optimus, Suzaku, and Bumblebee really let Megatron have it when he kills Lelouch. With the only thing stopping him from dying is his Code.
- Off with His Head!: How Akito finally kills Shin.
- Post-Victory Collapse: Rai, Ironhide, and Bulkhead fall unconscious after defeating and killing Soundwave and his Minicons.
- Rebuilt Pedestal: Seeing Marianne’s sincerity in using herself as a filter for the Power of the Primes is what allows Lelouch to forgive her.
- Redemption Equals Death: Marianne’s final act to bring Lelouch back to life is to act as a filter for the Power of the Primes, granting her redemption.
- Smooch of Victory:
- Leila and Akito, Oldrin and Marrybell, and Suzaku and Euphemia have one while celebrating victory.
- After returning from the Sword of Akasha, this time it's Lelouch who gives Kallen the Big Damn Kiss.
- This Cannot Be!: Megatron's understandable reaction to Lelouch's resurrection, as well as to realizing that he's dying despite his immortality.
- Uncertain Doom: Steeljaw is last seen being shot In the Back by Anya, but is not confirmed killed.
- Villain: Exit, Stage Left: The Predacon flees after Shockwave is killed.
