Clarence spends the day with a tomboy named Amy Gillis.

- Bait-and-Switch: During the pinecone fight, Belson is seemingly drenched in pee, but it was actually water from a bottle by Clarence.
- Divorce Assets Conflict: Amy mentions that her parents are divorced but doesn't know if she'll be living with her mother and father.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: In this episode, Sumo doesn't seem to mind being around Belson, whereas in later episodes, he DESPISES Belson with a passion.
- Going to See the Elephant: Amy takes Clarence to see an erratic, a large boulder in the middle of the woods.
- Ship Tease: Between Clarence and Amy, which Belson and company assumed. Fortunately, Clarence has no romantic affections towards her.
