Hannah: Wait. This Morgan person is real? This store you work in, it actually exists.
Chuck: Yeah. Oh yeah. Yes to both of those things. Although, even personally, I have quite often wondered if the Buy More was an insane asylum.

CIA agent Daniel Shaw assigns Chuck to his first solo mission in Paris, ignoring Sarah and Casey's wishes. During the flight to France, Chuck befriends Hannah and flashes on another passenger - the imposing Hugo Panzer. Meanwhile, Casey helps Morgan battle Jeff and Lester for control of the Buy More.

Trope Flash:

• Call-Back: After briefly firing Lester in the last episode, Morgan is now the target of a vendetta by the Buy More staff.
• Noodle Incident: After recruiting Casey to help him fend off the Buy More staff, Morgan introduces Casey as his new assistant. Mention of "the Volleyball Incident at last year's employee picnic" is apparently enough to convince several of the staff to drop the vendetta.
• Red Herring: The nunchaku that Chuck brings to the plane. While he does eventually pull them out and flash on the skills necessary to use them, the Sarah-induced plane turbulence causes the bags in cargo to fall on the Ring operatives and knock them out before he gets to chance to use them.
• Special Guest: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin guest stars as the Ring agent Hugo. When Chuck flashes on him, Hannah ponders if he's a professional wrestler. Near self-aware much?
• Too Dumb to Live: Really, Chuck? A drink you didn't order turns up, and you drink it?
• Wounded Gazelle Gambit: Casey's advice to Chuck when he's about to be captured by a Ring agent.
  Casey: When he does, you act like your girlish self, scream like a banshee so he doesn't think you're a threat. When he pulls you out, find a weapon, then flash.
  Chuck: What if I don't flash?
  Casey: Then you're dead - so flash!
