An episode focusing on the adventures of Tracer Bullet (Calvin), his sidekick Tiger Eye (Hobbes), and the various other people they meet (all of whom are based on characters from the main story). Tracer Bullet must solve the case of whoever is bombing several targets in the city. It looks like a man called Andrew Casabas (Andy), who's just out of jail for making bombs, did it, but the case can't be solved until they've collected all the evidence.

- Darker and Edgier: Deals with some more adult themes compared to most of the series. Mimi Coffee/Susie is a stripper, and the plot is trying to catch a Mad Bomber.
- Film Noir: A parody of this.
- Hurricane of Puns: Much of the humor in this episode relies on visual puns.

- Who's on First?: During the interrogation of Andrew, Crateso comes in with sandwiches and believes that everyone else's conversation revolves around said sandwiches, frustrating him.
