A Friend in Need
The Season Finale. Izzy puts her and Bull's upcoming wedding on hold when Bull jeopardizes Benny's election campaign by having TAC handle the corruption trial defense of the former District Attorney whom Benny is running to replace.- The Conspiracy: Suspicious contributions from the Attorney General end up uncovering a plan to remove former District Attorney Sherman for being "too straight".
- Friend-or-Idol Decision: Benny ends up learning and testifying about The Conspiracy in order to reinstate the former District Attorney, despite being near-guaranteed to become his successor, because he values friendships more than the power and money that would come with the position.
- The Scapegoat: Immediately after Benny's testimony about The Conspiracy and the dismissal of the corruption case, there's reports of the Attorney General investigating all of his subordinates, which TAC is convinced is just a search for the perfect fall guy.
