- Toilet Humor: In Charleyyy & Friends: The Video Game, one of the options in the bathroom is pressing △ to poop in the sink. We don't get to see Charleyyy do this, since Bowser doesn't select it.
- The Unreveal: We never see just how Junior beat Charleyyy & Friends: The Video Game.
- What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: In-Universe; Charleyyy & Friends: The Video Game is rated M For Mature, and Charleyyy advertises the game as having blood and gore, intense violence, strong language, mature humor, nudity, strong sexual content, and use of drugs and alcohol. Likely due to YouTube's guidelines, the only content we get to see from it is random inappropriate things that Charleyyy casually says.
- A Winner Is You: When Junior beats Charleyyy & Friends: The Video Game, he is rewarded with a single screen that says "CONGRATULATIONS YOU BEAT THE GAME YOU WIN".
