Bluey's class is having indoor play time, but one student, Pretzel, isn't interested and just lies on the floor. Calypso helps Honey with her play village, observes Bluey pretending to run a fish and chip shop that's out of fish, and then sees Indy, Coco, and Chloe playing with dolls in a playhouse.

Indy says she plans on "moving out", and Calypso tells the three girls about the "fish and chip shop". She then spots Rusty building a playhouse and tells him that Indy is "looking for somewhere to live". Calypso helps Honey with her village some more, Chloe and Coco continue to play with their dolls, and Indy goes to Bluey's pretend fish and chip shop. Meanwhile, the Terriers are playing castle and asking people if they "need protecting".

Rusty offers Indy his playhouse for some dollarbucks, but Indy has none, so he asks her to get a "job". She decides to play at being Bluey's waitress, leaving her doll Polly with Rusty. Calypso keeps helping Honey with her village, and Indy gets her "salary" and "buys" the playhouse.

She then feeds the Terriers pretend sacks of chips for their "army", and Honey completes her play village. When Indy is about to take the pillows, standing in for sacks of chips, to the Terriers, Honey fears she will break the village. Calypso has the Terriers "protect" the village by blocking Indy. Finally, Pretzel decides to play after all and pretends to be a fisherman. Calypso decides to have him sell pretend fish to Bluey.

  • Cool Teacher: Calypso is a kind and considerate lady, who listens to and encourages her students. She demonstrates the qualities all great teachers need. • Playing House: Coco, Chloe, and Indy pretend to be busy mother dogs living together, then Indy pretends to move to another house.
  • Real Men Wear Pink: The episode reveals that Rusty, a little boy dog who rides a dirt bike and likes war games, also has no problem playing with dolls.
  • Running Gag:
    • Bluey and Indy keep mentioning that their fake fish and chip shop is out of fish.
    • The Terriers eagerly asking anyone if they need protection.
  • Sleep Deprivation: Discussed when Chloe, pretending to be a mother dog with a baby, pretends she hasn't gotten enough sleep.
  • Speak in Unison: The Terriers say several lines of dialogue all at once, most often "Okay!".
