• Can't Kill You, Still Need You: The reason Kurt was lured away from the raid is cause he's still part of Sandstorm's long term plans.
• Cliffhanger: The final scene has Borden and Patterson in a fight with a shot ringing out. It doesn't reveal who was hit.
• Distress Call: Sandstorm expertly fakes a message telling Kurt that Allie has been in a car accident, causing him to miss the raid.
• Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: A textbook example when the team enter the house and their scrambled phones suddenly work.
  Reade: Why would Sandstorm turn their scrambler off now and risk letting a signal out?
  Kamal: So they can get a signal in...Get out, it's a trap!
• Forgotten First Meeting: Borden and his wife had rescued Jane after she survived the drone attack meant to kill her team.
• Laser-Guided Amnesia: Jane gives Roman the same amount of Zip that gave her amnesia.
• Oh, Crap!: Kurt realizing the phone call about Allie's accident was a fake and the team is walking into a trap.
• The Reveal: Dr. Borden is the mole for Sandstorm.
• Secret Test of Character: Shepherd gives Roman a gun to test his loyalty. The gun was empty and he pointed it at Shepherd.
• Spotting the Thread: It turns out Shepherd knew all along Jane killed Oscar not Cade. The trip-up was when Jane spray-painted "For Marcos" on the truck...not knowing the name was actually spelled "Markos" as Cade would have known.
  • Patterson figures out Borden is the mole when she see him wearing the wedding ring which she recognizes from Jane's drawing of her memory flash.
