An accident results in the Biker Mice and Hairball being teleported to Saturn's moon Titan, where they encounter a tribe of Catatonians who defected from their planet and now live as peaceful surfers.
This episode contains examples of
- Continuity Nod: The Biker Mice and Hairball are teleported to Titan through Karbunkle's teleporter from the original 1993 series, which is even mentioned by Dr. Catorkian to have been retrieved from the remains of Limburger Plaza.
- Interspecies Relationship: Vinnie took a liking to female surfer cat and the feeling appeared to be mutual.
- Shout-Out:
- The Catatonian surfers Tane and Po'ele have a speech pattern similar to that of Yoda.
- When Hairball first sees the Biker Mice after they've been teleported to Titan, he refers to them as "Mouseketeerskies" and later sings "It's a small world after all".
- At the end of the episode, when Hairball, Rump, and Dr. Catorkian are all attacked by a giant sea creature from Titan, Catorkian can be heard screaming "It's alive" twice in succession.
- Surfer Dude: Tane and Po'ele both talk like Californian surfers.
- Take That!: As in "Changes", Vinnie delivers some digs to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
- He protests to Tane calling him, Throttle, and Modo "dudes" instead of "bros" because he believes the term is strictly for slimy reptiles. This one is somewhat mitigated, however, by Vinnie later telling Tane that it is okay to call him and his friends "dudes" at the end of the episode.
- Vinnie at one point says "As much as I hate to say it" before saying "Cowabunga!"
