Dr. Catorkian and Hairball hire a hypnotic cyclops named Eyemore to hypnotize Charley into betraying the Biker Mice by destroying their bikes.

- Hypno Fool: Eyemore uses his hypnosis to make Charley tamper with the Biker Mice's bikes and later attempts to make Vinnie pay for his ruined tuxedo. He also has some fun with his power by ordering Charley to rub her face with a dirty rag and Vinnie to act like a chicken.
