Go To

Limburger fakes his death to avoid paying taxes and have Charley framed for his murder.

My Tropes Are Quick:

  • Clear Their Name: The Biker Mice take it upon themselves to prove Charley's innocence when she is framed for Limburger's murder.
  • Faking the Dead: Limburger fakes his death to get out of paying taxes and to get Charley in jail. By setting off an explosive in the Last Chance garage and teleporting away at the last second, he makes it look like Charley killed him.
  • Intimidating Revenue Service: At the end of the episode, the Biker Mice ensure that Limburger gets his just deserts by reporting him to the IRS, who use helicopters to hoist Limburger Plaza away. Limburger protests that he has power and influence, only for the IRS agent Mr. Bland to point out that Al Capone had them as well.
  • Justice by Other Legal Means: After Limburger gets off the hook for faking his death to frame Charley for his murder, the Biker Mice inform the IRS that Limburger still hasn't paid his taxes so that he gets punished anyway.
  • Multilayer Façade: As Mr. Gouda, Limburger wears another human mask over the mask he already wears to hide that he's a Plutarkian.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: Since Mr. Gouda resembles Limburger in a uniform and with a more cheerful demeanor, as well as following the naming conventions of a Plutarkian being named after a kind of cheese, the alias Limburger assumes after faking his death shouldn't be fooling anyone.
  • Pop-Culture Pun Episode Title: It's a Shout-Out to the Mike Hammer novel and film My Gun Is Quick.
