Limburger kidnaps the mayor of Chicago as part of a plan to deliver the whole city to High Chairman Camembert. To get the Biker Mice out of the way, he has them framed for the mayor's kidnapping.

- Literal Ass-Kicking: When Limburger tries to appease the angered Camembert by bending over to reluctantly do the Traditional Plutarkian Greeting, Camembert instead literally kicks Limburger in the ass.
- Mayor Pain: With the mayor kidnapped, Limburger assumes his position so he can get away with removing the city of Chicago from the face of the Earth and delivering it to High Chairman Camembert.
- Paper-Thin Disguise: To say that the Biker Mice disguises used by Greasepit and two of Limburgers' Mooks could use some improvement would be putting it mildly.
- Screw the Rules, I Make Them!: When Charley points out that Limburger can't demolish a building while people are still in it, Limburger rationalizes that as Chicago's new mayor, he can do whatever he wants.
