In a Lost Story that was originally intended to be adapted for the first series in 2009, but fell through when they were unable to agree rights with author Wally K Daly, the Doctor and Peri visit the peaceful planet of Tranquela, to discover that a 150-year truce is on the verge of breaking down thanks to the arms dealer Mordant and his hate ray.
