The Forever Knights desire to turn Ship into a weapon, so they send Sir Morton to retrieve it.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Dr. Chadwick uses a control chip to order the weaponized Ship. He soon breaks out of it thanks to Julie.
- Chekhov's Gun:
- Ship gains the ability to turn into an acutal ship. Something that will become pretty useful in the season finale.
- In his first appearance, Ben is watching a B-movie involving aliens mind-controlling people. When confronted with the brainwashed ship, Julie gives a heartfelt speech to break him out of it… which she attributes to having also seen the movie.
- Good Costume Switch: If you can call color palette a costume, then yes. After breaking from the mind control, Ship replaces the red with green.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Chadwick had Ship brainwashed into serving the Forever Knights and then had it combine with a spaceship with a lot of weaponry. Too bad he didn't count on Ship actually breaking from the brainwashing.
- Mad Scientist: Chadwick wants to turn Ship into a living weapon. Probably helps that he's voiced by Tim Curry.
- Meaningful Name: Gets even more apparent for Ship in this episode, since here he gets the ability to turn into an actual spaceship.
- Red and Black and Evil All Over: When Ship gets turned into a living weapon, his color palette switches to a red and black combo.
