"I WANT EVERYBODY GONE!"
Team Tennyson is stuck in a traffic jam along with Simon Sez and his family. But when Ben and Simon team up to tackle the gridlock together, Simon only makes matters much, much worse.

This episode includes examples of:

  • Are We There Yet?: Both Ben and Simon feel impatient and bored with waiting to get through the traffic jam.
  • Awesome Backpack: Simon’s backpack, which can transform into a Mecha.
  • Big Honking Traffic Jam: This episode takes place in the middle of the huge traffic jam the characters are stuck in.
  • Big "NO!": Done by Gwen after Ryan finally notices her, only to immediately drive away as traffic begins to move once again.
  • Bratty Half-Pint: Simon is this in spades. Even his own grandmother doesn't want to deal with him when he's in one of his moods.
  • Chekhov's Skill: When she’s trying to teach Ben how to play chess at the beginning of the episode, Gwen tells him to stop being so impulsive and think several moves ahead. He employs this tactic in his fight against Simon Sez, predicting his moves and counteracting them so that he gets sandwiched by two of his own Rocket Punches.
  • Didn't Think This Through: For some reason, Simon thinks knocking over a water tower and flooding the road will make all the cars move. It doesn’t, which only enrages him more.
  • Double Take: Gwen does one when she realizes Ryan’s camper has pulled up right next to hers.
  • Hypocritical Humor: While trying to deal with the volatile Simon Sez, Ben comments that kids are exhausting - despite being a kid (and a rather exhausting one at that) himself.
  • The Man Behind the Man: It turns out that the Forever Knight is the real villain of this episode because he’s the one trying to push Simon into wreaking havoc and destruction in order to try to recruit him.
  • Mini-Mecha: Simon has a backpack that transforms into one, giving him the super strength necessary to fling cars out of his way.
  • Phoneaholic Teenager: Ryan, Simon’s older brother, is definitely one; so much so that he can’t even look up from his phone long enough to notice Simon sneaking out of their camper.
  • Rocket Punch: Simon sends several of these flying at Ben, but he evades all of them thanks to Diamondhead’s abilities.
  • Smart People Play Chess: Gwen is a Child Prodigy and enjoys playing chess. She seems to be quite good as well, but then again her opponent is Ben…
  • Tantrum Throwing: Simon, of course. He gets so mad at the traffic jam that he uses his mech suit to start throwing cars around - many of them with people still inside. He even throws Ben (as Diamondhead) at one point when he decides he’s not being fun anymore.
  • Villain of the Week: Simon Sez and his tantrums cause a lot of problems in this episode, but it all happened because Forever Knight was the one pulling the strings behind the scenes and causing the traffic jam.
