A sand castle encourages Barney and his friends to discuss how different buildings are built. After they discover a construction site near their school, the kids are fascinated by the many elements of construction. Intrigued, the kids decide to build their own building on the playground. BJ tries to construct a project of his own without much success. By working together, Barney, the children, and BJ build a castle for everyone to play in.
