Min brings a new puppy she is unable to take care of, but can't find anyone to adopt him. While the kids turn her down, Barney and the gang decide to make signs to help find a new owner. Taking inspiration from Shawn's bird village, they decide to build a doghouse for him. Throughout the day, Julie bonds with the puppy and, if her mom's OK with it, decides to adopt him.
