Jon Taffer goes to TJ Quills, a bar with a notorious reputation for serving underage college students and finds an owner completely steamrolled by his friends who act more like fratbros than workers.

- Casanova Wannabe: Spellman is a particularly obnoxious example to the point he scares away every woman who comes to the bar and Jon Taffer admits there's no hope if he keeps working there.
- Did I Just Say That Out Loud?: Deconstructed, one of the bartenders gets so stressed during stress test he says he hates college students out loud. This poor customer service causes Jon to fire him despite his apology.
- Extreme Doormat: The owner is really bad at separating friends and coworkers so ones like Spellman have no problem walking all over him.
- Manchild: While Spellman can be forgiven for having fond memories of when he got underage drinks at the bar, the fact he works there now and still thinks it's a good business model shows he hasn't matured since then.
- With Friends Like These...: Spellman is an awful friend to the owner treating his business like a frat party, drinking away his money and scaring away potential clients.
