The Awesome Ones, Philomena Dusk, and the former AAAnimus members band together to figure out a way to stop Tiko and Magnus's plan.
- Big Good: Pyravian solidifies her as one, intentionally trying to get the Awesome Ones and Magnus away from Tiko’s possession of the Core Cell back in the Amazon and the guiding source of info the heroes need to stop Tiko's Bakugan epidemic.
- Enemy Mine: Both Benten and Philomena Dusk put aside their feud to stop Magnus and Tiko, China and Tripp continuing to aside the Awesome Ones to save Magnus.
- The Reveal: Drago remembers Vestroia, the original home of the Bakugan. 12 Years ago, another Great Collosion had occurred, causing Earth to have fused Vestroia. Thus, all the kids who were born after the event such as the Awesome Ones, Aay, and China Riot are the only ones with a natural connection to Bakugan and have a easier learning curve, while older pre-teens, teens, and adults like Magnus (14) rely on special devices or have to require more on skill and expertise to wield Bakugan.
- Zombie Infectee: Dan secretly has been slightly infected by Tiko, hiding it from the rest of his allies and friends. However, Drago reassures him that the plan to stop Magnus will cure both of them as they dive into the Core Cell to stop Magnus, another infectee.
