Boondorio: On the last Burst-Acceleration!
Taiya: To deliver whatever is asked of us, no matter what the cost. That is how us couriers roll!
Boondorio: Who knew the package turned out to be an actual bride! However...
Mira: I'm taking the steering wheel of my own life! From today onwards I'm a Boonboomger too!
Taiya: Now that's a real Burst-Acceleration!
Boondorio: Looks like things are about to get fun around here! Bakua-GET ON!!

With Mira having officially joined the Boonboomgers, the team are assigned a top-secret mission involving an ambassador and a president. While Mira is ecstatic, Ishiro instantly disapproves of her membership due to her inexperience. As the tension between the two grows during the mission, the Sanseaters decide to unleash Soujiki Grumer!

Tropes

  • Accidental Tickle Torture: The giant Soujiki Grumer tries to clean Boonboomger Robo with its feather duster arm at the start of the fight. It ends up tickling Boondorio, who bursts out laughing, and Taiya has to bring him back to his senses.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Mira tries to call Ishiro Shashiro, but he sternly tells her that only Taiya can call him that.
  • Big Fancy House: Taiya is revealed to live in one, which also happens to have the Boonboomger's base hidden underneath it.
  • Both Sides Have a Point: Mira was right to get Jou to safety before he got sucked away while Ishiro was also in the right to observer just how Soujiki Grumer fought.
  • Butt-Monkey: Jou is made a fool of by Soujiki Grumer and ends up being comically knocked out by a random piece of debris.
  • Contrived Coincidence: The Boonboomgers only get involved against the Soujiki Grumer because it sucked up the top-secret file they were entrusted to retrieve.
  • Dislikes the New Guy: The main conflict of the episode aside from the obligatory Monster of the Week plot. Ishiro heavily distrusts Mira since she's so inexperienced, but Taiya theorizes that he does acknowledge her as an ally because of his actions in the episode. While Ishiro denies this, his small smile at the end of the episode proves Taiya's point.
  • Fiction 500: Taiya sends Breki to buy an entire junkyard for a price that requires a cheque to pay in full
  • Neat Freak: Soujiki Grumer is obsessed with cleaning things.
  • Once More, with Clarity: When Soujiki Grumer attacks, Mira transforms to try and stop him, but Ishiro seemingly abandons her. Later on however, it's revealed that he didn't abandon her, and was in fact making preparations to take him down by forcing him to fight at a junkyard. Because he's a Vacuum Cleaner, he sucks up all the garbage, sealing his abilities. Ishiro trusted Mira to hold him off, while he made things ready.
  • The Reveal: Played for Laughs. The top-secret file the team was assigned to deliver at any costs was... a coveted polaroid of the ambassador with his favorite idol Momo-chan. Ishiro even says sorry for giving them such a weird assignment.
  • Thousand-Yard Stare: The Boonboomgers have this after they learn what they were delivering to the President.
  • The Unreveal: Taiya reveals to Mira that he and Boondorio created the Boonboomger gear not to fight the Hashirien, but to fulfill their dream. However, before he can elaborate on what said dream is, Ishiro interrupts him and reveals their new mission.
  • Unspoken Plan Guarantee: Taiya and Ishiro's plan against Soujiki Grumer succeeds as none of it was shared with Mira nor the audience all the way until they have achieved what they set out to accomplish.
  • The Voice: Captain Madrex is presented as this when he talks to the Sanseaters.
