Wiped out by a Ponzi scheme, Malory decides to sell ISIS to rival spy agency ODIN.

- Bunny-Ears Lawyer: Krieger manages to do highly risky and precise brain surgery on Len Trexler. While high on acid. With a drill.
- Call-Back: Krieger fishes the mind-control chip from "Dial M For Mother" out of Archer's head.
- Foreshadowing: When the news spreads about Mallory making plans to sell ISIS, Pam wonders if she is even allowed to, assuming that the agency is owned by the government. No one really knows the truth about how it is run until the start of the fifth season.
- I Lied: While working the C4 bombs on Malory's desk, Archer calls Ray to help cut the wires. He's annoyed that Ray provided the colors (blue and yellow) quicker than expected, leading to this exchange:Ray: I wired the damn thing, ass!Archer: Well I didn't know that, ass! (cuts blue and yellow wires and opens drawer) Okay...Ray: Oh my god! ...I lied. I didn't wire it.Archer: What?!Ray: Ba dump bump zing!
- Dude, Not Funny!: When Archer finds out that Ray lied about wiring the C4:Archer: You think that's funny?!(punches drawer closed and hears a loud vibrating noise)Ray: Not compared to that.
- Let Us Never Speak of This Again: In the end, Malory is aware of Archer sabotaging her deal with Len. She also figured out he went into her desk drawer. Naturally, they both agree to never talk about what he found in there besides the brain chip.
- The Ludovico Technique: Archer puts Len Trexler through this to stop him marrying Malory and buying ISIS.
- Noodle Incident: What did Pam do during her vacation in Jamaica to get deported?
- On One Condition: Barry offers Lana a job at ODIN... on the condition of having sex.
- Parental Sexuality Squick: Archer's mom possibly getting together with Len Trexler drives Archer to vomit.

- The Unseen: We don't see the sex toy in Malory's desk drawer, but Archer describes it as big and "aubergine"-colored, not black. And certainly not a bumblebee.
- Wham Line:Malory: Oh for the— I'm selling ISIS! There! Happy?!Archer: ...no?
- You Do NOT Want To Know: Why does Malory line her office desk with C4 explosives? If there's something else in there, Archer doesn't want to know.
