After watching Chikage sit out in his car watching Antique Bakery, Keiichiro decides to hire him as a staff member. This givs Ono a chance to be closer to him and strengthen their relationship. However, he's confronted by an older lover who reveals Ono's relationship with Chikage.
- Almost Kiss: Ono and Chikage come very close to kissing, but Chikage stops before anything serious happens.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Keiichiro's nightmare and the police officer that rescued Keiichiro reveal that Keiichiro might have attacked his kidnapper before he was rescued. However, not much is known about the injury since the kidnapper has never been found.
- Luminescent Blush: Ono turns red after seeing Chikage in his uniform.
- Manly Tears: Chikage starts crying when Ono denies anything going on between them.
- My Greatest Failure: Keiichiro finally apologizes to Ono for what he said to him in high school.
- Pet the Dog: Keiichiro has one when he slaps Ono for hurting Chikage's feelings. He makes it clear that he cares about Chikage and that he is sorry for how he reacted to Ono's confession in high school.
- Playing Drunk: What Ono tries to do in order to have sex with Chikage. Chikage freaks out and thinks that he would be taking advantage of Ono and bolts from the hotel.
- Sunglasses at Night: Chikage reveals that he wears sunglasses to protect his sensitive eyes from the light.
- The Reveal: Keiichiro reveals the one thing he remembers about his kidnapper: his love for sweets and him forcing him to eat sweets. It's implied that maybe Keiichiro's cake shop might be a trap to lure his kidnapper to him and finally get the justice he's longed for.
