- Le Film Artistique: What Dr. Scratchnsniff and Frau Hassenfeffer have gone to see, consisting of black and white film of a woman and two men on a train sadly reciting a French nursery rhyme about plucking the feathers off of a lark, Later on they do the same thing, except it's a nursery rhyme about a monk being told to wake up so he can ring the bell for morning prayers.

- "I Am Great!" Song: The short has Dot singing about how cute she is, with Yakko and Wakko singing backup.
- Sickeningly Sweet: The more Dot goes on about how cute she is, the more her song begins to draw this reaction from Yakko and Wakko, who begin interrupting with mocking lyrics of their own.
- You're Cute When You're Angry: When Dot yells at her brothers for ruining her song, Yakko says this by way of apology.Dot: [coyly] Do you really think so?
