Frank and Shred attempt to remove a cow from an upper section of the school, but Commissioner Dudge intervenes. Amit and Victoria try to remove a raccoon from the local church, where Victoria has a personal crises. Emily gets frustrated at the officers' apathy to doing an assignment she's given them.

- Grew a Spine: At the end, Emily is finally pushed over the edge when the officers (barring Shred) again show disinterest at doing the Intention Statement assignment, to the point where she locks them inside the precinct until they do the statements.
- No-Sell: The measures Dolores takes to stop the officers form taking her hole punching mechanism for paper fails. One of which is a bike chain, which Emily uses to lock the officers (with the exception of Shred) in order for them to do their intention statements.
