After discovering that he has never been there for Steve while growing up, Stan decides to use the CIA's avatar system to pose as a hot, blond teenage girl — whom Steve plans to have sex with at the school dance. Meanwhile, Roger starts his own limo service, and when a group of frat boys "drive and dash", he goes on a manhunt to get his revenge.
Tropes
- Asshole Victim: Downplayed. The frat bros are thoroughly unpleasant people who leave Roger's limo a complete mess and stiff him on the bill, but they didn't deserve their horrific deaths at Roger's hands.
- Beyond the Impossible: Roger somehow placed his limo on top of an airplane wing to kill the remaining frat bro.
- Conditioned to Accept Horror: Played with. Klaus was horrified when Roger kills the first two frat bros, but over time, he just asks in a bored tone if they could go home now. Though he was appalled at Roger killing the flight attendant.
- Disguised in Drag: In a sense. Stan disguises himself via motion capture as Phyllis to give Steve a girlfriend.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Roger's revenge on the frat boys for conning him out of his $20. Apparently, he also killed six people over $19 the previous week.
- Everyone Has Standards: Bullock is utterly appalled at the idea of Stan using Phyllis to take his son's virginity and tries to talk him out of it.
- Kick the Dog: Roger ejects the flight attendant from her parachute because he is "having the blood lust." Not to mention he killed a hundred people on the plane.
- Mama Bear: Francine shows up at the school in a Power Loader to stop Stan from using Phyllis to take Steve's virginity.Francine: Get away from him you bitch!
- Oh, Crap!: The last frat bro flees town on a plane and lays back in his seat, thinking he's safe. Then he looks out the window and sees Roger's limo on the wing.
- Parental Incest: By proxy. Stan decides the best way to make up for missing all of Steve's milestones is to be there for him when he loses his virginity... by piloting a robot girl Steve plans to sleep with. When Francine finds out, she immediately puts a stop to it.
- Parental Neglect: Apparently, Stan was never there for Steve during his special events, including his birth.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: Roger massacres the frat bros through the road, a funeral parlor, a bowling alley bathroom stall, and an airplane.
