Stan and Hayley reach a boiling point in an argument about guns, which culminates in Stan getting shot and paralyzed. Meanwhile, Roger plots revenge against Steve for stealing his cookie.

- Comically Missing the Point: Francine tries to console Hayley for "killing" the "burglar" by pointing out she may have saved her parents' lives and prevented her mother from being raped. When Hayley gives Francine a look for bringing that up, Francine becomes mad and assumes her daughter thinks she is "Un-Rapeable."
- Contrived Coincidence: A second bullet hits Stan in just the right way to dislodge the original bullet that was causing his paralysis.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Roger tricks Steve into thinking he's adopted because he ate his cookie.
