SpongeBob goes on a cannibalistic spree and starts swallowing everybody whole.
"A normal SpongeBob episode" provides examples of:
- Balloon Belly: SpongeBob gains a massive gut from eating his victims. It then ruptures and explodes, however.

- Bart's pelvis is crushed by SpongeBob's jaw.

- Mythology Gag: When SpongeBob sees Bart, he calls him a "tasty butterfinger". This is a reference to the era where Bart was the mascot of the candy bar "Butterfinger".
- Non-Indicative Name: The title refers to this episode as a normal episode of SpongeBob, but it is anything but such.
- Swallowed Whole: Most of SpongeBob's victims are devoured whole and alive.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Cuddles, Bart, and SpongeBob die.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Toothy, Lumpy, Sheila, Sharon, and Randy survives.
- Villain Protagonist: SpongeBob in this episode.
