The Flash, like The Hulk, is a scientist. In fact, in comic books, somewhere around 50 percent of all scientists eventually become superheroes or supervillains. If there is a better argument for STEM education, I can't think of it.
Don't engineer better ways to spread supervirii; it's bad for the population. Don't build goofy monsters - sure, you get a momentary thrill, but in the long run, where's the benefit to the Masses? The Progenitors exist to improve humanity's lot. Never forget that.
