Love is easy by the light of day;
You get the boys to play away.
Thoughts are down when darkness falls,
Passion burns, and danger calls.
So girls, go out... if you dare!
You'd better be good;
You'd better beware!

Night Trap!
Bad guys will find you!
Night Trap!
Watch out behind you!
Night Trap!
Girls, if you're taking a ride,
You'll get caught in the night...
...In the Night Trap!
Theme tune for Night Trap

[Lt. Simms and the S.C.A.T. members are watching the scary action from the security cameras on TV before turning it off]
Lt. Simms: Alright, Mike, I think we've seen enough of that.
Collins: Wow! That's gotta be the strangest thing I've ever seen!
Mike: I hear that.
Swanson: Just got this in last night.
Collins: Alright, listen up.
Lt. Simms: [points at the map] The students that have been coming up to work in this resort, on this side of the lake, have been disappearing right and left.
Swanson: The local authorities didn't have a clue, until our surveillance teams tapped in to the winery house right there, [points at the spot on the map] and taped everything you just saw.
Collins: [points out] What about the cameras and the traps?
Lt. Simms: [shrugs] Probably security.
Collins: [confused] What?!
Swanson: We suspect they're using the winery house as a cover, and they're getting anyone that stumbles onto their scheme... whatever that is.
[Lt. Simms pulls down a white projection curtain with a "C'mon," and the scene cuts back to the team as the lights dim and a projector shows a picture of a girl with the long brown hair.]
Lt. Simms: [demonstrates] This is Kelly.
Collins: [in a scoffing laugh] A kid?!
Jason: C'mon, isn't she really young?
Swanson: She's young. She's one of our best.
Lt. Simms: She'll also be working inside. [points to the team] And remember, no one goes in until we get the signal from her. [pulls the projection screen back up and the lights go back on]
Jason: I wanna know more about these traps.
Collins: Yeah.
Lt. Simms: There's one thing we've got going for us.
Jason: Who's that?
Lt. Simms: [points to a map of the winery's first floor] One of our guys put an override on the camera cable unit here, in the back hallway.
Jason: Which means...?
Lt. Simms: Which means... we have complete control of the cameras and the traps.
Collins: But who operates that?
Lt. Simms: [points to the camera] They do.
Collins: [looks at the screen, Beat] And who's that?
Lt. Simms: I'm not exactly certain... Special operators from Control... but we gotta work together on this one. Any questions?
Collins: [picks up an AK-47] Let's rock 'n' roll! [S.C.A.T. members walk upstairs]
Lt. Simms: [to Swanson] Be careful out there, huh. [turns to face you] And you, you keep your eyes open. We're all depending on you, especially Kelly. [looks at his watch] She should be there... now. I'll switch you over. [gives a thumb-up] And good luck. [turns on the Control-Vision machine]
Original Intro from the cancelled Control-Vision version of the game; later shown at the beginning of the remastered version

[The guests are in the living room when Danny looks out the window and sees Victor and Sheila leave]
Danny: Sarah, your parents are leaving.
Sarah: So?
Megan: *Jaw Drop* "So?" [looks around] Sarah, we're in this huge house, with all your friends! We have telephones, we have a car, your parents are... [looks out the window before continuing] gone, and you say, "So"?!?!
Cindy: C'mon, Sarah, what's the first thing you think of?
Lisa, Kelly, and Ashley: [in a cool pose] Party!!!
One memorable moment leading to the girls dancing to the aforementioned theme tune

"Night Trap is exactly like switching between eight different channels, only at any time, seven of them are static shots of empty rooms, and one is the worst show you've ever seen.
Seanbaby, as usual, telling it like it is.

"And let me state that for the record, I want to state that Night Trap will never appear on a Nintendo system."
Howard Lincoln, then President of Nintendo of America on the 1993 Senate hearing on violent video games, when over 25 years later it would appear on the Nintendo Switch
