You've made it through Halloween, now try and survive Christmas.

"You scared, ain't ya? You should be! Christmas Eve is the scariest damn night of the year!"
Grandpa Chapman, Silent Night, Deadly Night

There are horror movies to go along with every fucking holiday, aren't there?
The Cinema Snob, while reviewing New Year's Evil

1st came Halloween... then came Friday the 13th... and now this Christmas, you better believe in Santa... or he'll slay you.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy this preview of my latest release, "Arbor Day"... Okay, so "Arbor Day" dosn't exactly give you goosebumps! But all the real scary titles like "Friday The 13th," "Prom Night." "Easter Sunday," "New Year's Eve," "Halloween" and "Mother's Day" have been used!
Arbour Day, MAD Magazine

"So the first segment is called "Father's Day". It's about damn time someone made a horror movie about that! why should all these other holidays get all the attention?

There are only three months in the horror movie year: July, October, and December. In July, teens are off from school - free to drink, wear bikinis, attend summer camp, and take each other's virginity as will. October is, of course, the unholiest of months - when long-dead serial killers, ghosts, witches, and all manner of beasts return to the world of the living to seek revenge. And December is reserved for Christmas killing sprees, evil Santas, possessed stepfathers, gremlins, and snow-bound caretakers. If the nearest calendar reads "May," you can relax a little. However, if every Friday falls on the 13th, forget the month. You're toast.

"T'was the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring... they were all dead!"
