Dave: I take the complaint box very seriously and I seem to be the only one who does.
Bill: A complaint about the complaint box, delicious.
NewsRadio, "Complaint Box"

Oh for—...Arthur....man. Just think about how often these guys come in here to hassle him, and he still says shit this stupid. Really he should be overjoyed they returned a book at all instead of just keeping it and tearing out pages and using it to roll joints. Another part of me wonders if the bullies checked out this book and specifically returned it two days late just to see if Arthur would be such an officious, oblivious, naive dork and ask to charge them 20¢ in late fees. If so, this scene is amazing... The first Blue Power Ranger wasn't this obtuse. I mean, not to blame the victim here but it's twenty fucking cents! Let it go, man! THE LIBRARY WILL SURVIVE, somehow!

Four nights in a row with Harry Kim commanding the ship? How are they still in one piece? Oh no wait, silly me…he’s so dull he must do everything by the book. What’s hilarious is that Tom and Harry discuss promotions in this episode as if Harry’s hard work and dedication to duty will earn him brownie points. As if! Tom was demoted earlier in the season and is promoted back up to Lieutenant for doing a whole lot of nothing whilst Harry remains on the bottom rung of the ladder looking up at the important people above him! I had to rush to the toilet when Harry started making a speech about the burden of command! It sure comes to something when a machine (the Doctor) has to remind a human (Harry, barely) that morality comes before protocol! He’s so predictable Chakotay can time his away team report to the second. And Garrett Wang wonders why people give Harry such a hard time!

Leo: Margaret, you got that memo?
Margaret: [Typing excruciatingly slowly] Any minute now.
Leo: ... Margaret?
Margaret: Yeah?
Leo: What the hell are you doing?
Margaret: I'm typing, Leo.
Leo: [Increasingly frustrated] ... Margaret!
Margaret: Apparently your response to Donna's perfectly legitimate concern about the White House not supporting OSHA's recommendations regarding Repetitive Stress Injuries was 'type slower'. Donna has organised most of the assistants in the West Wing to do just that.
Leo: ... Margaret.
Margaret: Yeah?
Leo: Look at my face, right now.
[Margaret looks up, sees the thunderous expression on Leo's face]
Margaret: Okay! [Begins typing normally.]

Integra: Alucard, get up here now! I'm locked in with the committee on the third floor an-
Alucard: I'm gonna have to stop you riiiiiiight there. You see, I'm under direct orders from my boss — who is a total bitch, by the way (sniff) — that I am not allowed to leave this room until such time as the committee has left the building. I was even bribed. Imagine that.
Integra: Alucard, you vampiric asshole, I will-
Alucard: Sounds great, but I'm gonna have to go now. I just queued up an episode of Adventure Time on Netflix. Bye~~! (cue Adventure Time intro in the background before Alucard hangs up)
Integra: (snaps a cigar in half, then calls...) WALTER!!

Joey: (after taking the Crown from Lizzie through morally questionable means) My rule is everyone on the server must bring an offering of a horse to turn into a raptor — I have a spell to turn [them] into raptors. Go forth! Begone!
(One week later, Lizzie breeds about 200 horses to sic them on Joey's Empire, bringing forth a massive lag problem)
Joey: Uh, excuse me, ma'am?
Lizzie: You wanted a horse offering, you'll get a horse offering.
Joey: Wait, Lizzie, Lizzie...
Lizzie: Yes?
Joey: Lizzie, what's going on here?
Lizzie: (nonchalantly) Horses. You asked for horses.
Joey: You are unwell.
Lizzie: Yeah, I know, it took me hours. I don't know what's wrong with me, to be honest.
Empires SMP Season 1

Code 16: not following directions. Code 40: following directions too closely. You don't see that much.
Peggy Hill, King of the Hill

Sam: What we're seeing here is an unpopular manager getting economically fragged.
Helix: Are people not doing their jobs?
Sam: I'd say the opposite is happening. People are doing their jobs and only their jobs.
