Worlds Beyond Number is a Tabletop RPG Actual Play podcast anthology hosted by TTRPG veterans Brennan Lee Mulligan, Aabria Iyengar, Erika Ishii, and Lou Wilson. The series focusses on in-depth Player Character work, and fully fleshed out worlds.

Tropes found in "The Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One":
- The Fair Folk: The Wild Ones/the Honored Friends, spirits who exist in the world both within and beyond the mortal world. Eursulon is one of their number, a son of the Great Bear.
- Hot Witch: Ame, as a disciple of Grandmother Wren, has developed into a skilled witch as of the start of the campaign. She is also attractive enough to make Arin "uncomfortable with how attractive [she] is".
- Prolonged Prologue: "The Children's Adventure", an 8-part Patreon-exclusive prologue chapter introducing the main characters, their origin stories, and how they all met and spent a summer together as children.
- Token Evil Teammate: Suvi, while she clearly loves deeply and can be gentle at times, is considerably more ruthless than her friends, killing the unconscious captain and telling Finley her friends "are the merciful ones"
