Basic Trope: The team forgot something during their adventure, usually a teammate or object.
- Straight:
- The Tropers left Biggs at Emperor Evulz's lair.
- Alternatively, they left the Crystal of Power at Evulz's lair.
- Exaggerated:
- The Tropers left Lance and Hattie there too!
- They left their weapons there!
- Or alternatively, they left Lance, Chica, Biggs, AND their weapons!
- Downplayed: The Tropers are barely out of Evulz's when they rememeber about Biggs and/or the crystal.
- Justified: The Tropers wanted to get out as soon as possible so they accidentally left Biggs there.
- Inverted:
- The Tropers left something they didn't want in Evulz's lair.
- The Tropers brought something along that they should have left in Evulz's lair.
- Subverted: The Tropers are about to leave when they rememeber Biggs. They proceed to get him.
- Double Subverted: They also forgot about Lance.
- Parodied: Everytime the Tropers try to leave, they end up thinking they forgot something (sometimes they haven't forgotten anything at all in the first place).
- Zig Zagged: The Tropers are about to leave, then they remember Biggs. But Biggs emerges later. Then they remembered the crystal. But they do have it. But then they forgot about Lance. Then they argue about whether they should rescue him right now, or rescue him later. Then they decide on rescuing him now. Cue the Time Skip with Lance and Evulz. (I Have You Now My Pretty or Cold-Blooded Torture optional.)
- Averted: The Tropers don't forget about anybody or anything.
- Enforced: "We need a reason for Biggs to be absent but how? Let's just make the heroes forget about him and then rescue him later."
- Lampshaded:
- "Oh, Crap! We forgot about Biggs!"
- Next episode, Biggs and Lance are still mad
Biggs: "Thanks for leaving us behind back there.Lance: "Jerks." - Invoked: Bob leaves early.
- Exploited: Emperor Evulz inflicts Cold-Blooded Torture on Biggs.
- Defied: The Tropers check if they forgot anything before they leave.
- Discussed: "Everyone still here? We didn't leave anybody behind, did we?"
- Conversed: "This is the part where they realize Biggs is gone, right?"
- Implied: While Bob and Lance are discussing their next move, Chica suddenly looks surprised, runs away, and comes back with Biggs. Why Biggs was missing is not explained.
- Played For Drama: Being abandoned at Evulz' lair turns out to be Biggs' Start of Darkness.
