- Straight: Troper Adventures 2: This Time, it's Personal.
- Exaggerated: The sequel has a flat out Word Salad or Word Purée Title.
- Downplayed: Troper Adventures 1+1: The Revenge of Emperor Evulz.
- Justified: Bob defeated Emperor Evulz in the previous film because he was the only one who could do so, but was otherwise an every man. In the sequel, it's now personal as Evulz specifically attacks him.
- Inverted: The first film has a strange title, while the sequels don't.
- Subverted: Content Leaks suggested the film would have the subtitle This Time, it's Personal, but it doesn't upon being officially revealed.
- Double Subverted: It’s actually subtitled Rage Against the Hero.
- Parodied: The film is literally called Troper Adventures 2: Electric Boogaloo.
- Lampshaded: "You heard the ridiculous title! This time, it’s personal!"
- Conversed: "Why do sequels feel the need to have such weird subtitles?"
