- Mike's attitude changes along with his anatomy, and Michelle is no more interested in her own breasts than any other woman.

- Even though Mike finds the new body very attractive that still doesn't prevent it from being a massive source of dysphoria explicitly referred to as usually found in those born the wrong gender instead of forcibly changed.
