Basic Trope: A good-hearted woman who unapologetically enjoys promiscuous sex.
- Straight: Alice is a good person who cares about other people and has enjoyed having more sexual partners than most other girls.
- Exaggerated: Alice will sleep with pretty much anyone but is also the kindest person to ever live.
- Downplayed:
- Alice is a decent person who has only had a few more partners than most woman.
- Alice: Both a Chaste Hero Nice Girl who likes to help others out, and a Covert Pervert who masturbates several times a day.
- Justified: Alice sees no problem with what she does because she's not hurting anyone and enjoys it.
- Inverted: Alice is chaste and a complete Jerkass.
- Gender Inverted: Bob is a Chivalrous Pervert.
- Subverted: Someone expects Alice to be like this, but actually she is promiscuous and a complete Jerkass who only cares about herself.
- Double Subverted: ...only she's a Jerk with a Heart of Gold.
- Parodied: Alice is an All Loving Heroine who shows her love for everyone she meets by making love with everyone she meets.
- Zig Zagged: Alice is a good person who is rumored to have a lot of sex... only it turns out those rumors aren't true. However she then becomes promiscuous but then it turns out she's actually a jerkass anyways.
- Averted: Alice's sex life and her morality aren't very closely related.
- Enforced:
- The Author wants to show that a girl being promiscuous does not make her bad. They may want to also combat the "Double Standard".
- The Author personally has an appeal for good-hearted women with a lot of notches under her belt.
- Lampshaded: "Alice is the sweetest person, she just can't say no to those boys and disappoint them".
- Invoked: Alice sleeps with someone with a low self esteem to make them feel better about themselves. Or she may withhold sex from a Jerkass unless he/she treats people better.
- Exploited: People know she probably won't say no and take advantage of it.
- Defied: Alice is promiscuous but refuses to sleep with a Jerkass/villain who hits on her because their treatment of people disgusts her.
- Discussed: "Yes Alice has been with a lot of people but she's the furthest thing from a "bad" person".
- Conversed: "Why do people have an issue with Alice's sex life when she's such a good person?"
- Deconstructed:
- Sadly Alice's benevolent personality and accomplishments are all ignored in favor of solely focusing on and demonizing/mocking her for her sex-life, leaving her depressed.
- The Hero is very put off by Alice's promiscuity, eventually questions whether or not she can be a faithful girlfriend/wife and stops romantically pursuing her, lest he'd end up cheated.
- She's too nice to say no even when the other person isn't using protection. She catches something and dies.
- She is a good person but only sleeps with other people because she has a low self-esteem. Other characters take advantage of her.
- When Alice discovers she wants to settle down, the Hero and other good guys dismiss her as a potential girlfriend for not being "pure" enough to be with them.
- Alice is a decent person but literally suffers from a mental disorder that causes her to be unable to turn down sex.
- Reconstructed:
- The other characters recognize how petty they were being and decide her personality is of more importance than her sex-life.
- Alice changes her attitude towards love life, eventually earning the love of The Hero.
- She doesn't catch anything because she insists on using protection or she learns her lesson about using protection when she narrowly avoids catching something.
- She finds a self-esteem and decides to still be promiscuous but in a more empowering way that's more fun for her.
- The Hero discovers he was being immature and gets over her sexual history because he appreciates her personality far more.
- She gets mental treatment but still is basically promiscuous, but it's toned down and with more self-control.
- Played For Laughs: She's so sweet everyone assumes she's chaste and when they see her with a new partner they assume they're just friends.
- Played For Drama:
- Her kind personality makes her a tragic figure when the other characters slut shame her over her sex-life and she kills herself over it.
- For even heavier drama Alice is raped and the other characters are either doubtful or indifferent because they figure it's not a big deal when such a thing happens to a promiscuous girl.
- Implied: Alice is mainly seen as just a nice, normal girl, but she's picked up an Urban Legend Love Life that may or may not be true.
